I am very happy to announce that Commander Rachel Wagner has been selected as Executive Officer! Formerly the Chief Medical Officer, Rachel has a strong background in administration and coordination with an emphasis on technology. Her sensibility and determination will help guide the Indy along with conviction and perseverance.
